Kitchen
Large kitchen/ dining area accommodates up to eight people with direct access out to patio areas.
Facilities include white goods appliances. hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave,
dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, cooking utensils, crockery and glassware. washing machine,
steam iron and ironing board.

Lounge
Spacious lounge includes leather settee and lounge suite, coffee table, digital HD TV with DVD
and VCR, Hi-fi system and air-conditioning. Three sets of double patio doors lead out to the
patio terrace and pool areas.

External Features
Villa Margarita benefits from an uninterrupted sea view, and with large
interconnected patio areas and private pool. There is a barbecue and pergola-covered dining
terrace, plus generous poolside area with sun beds, parasols and external shower. The pool
is serviced twice weekly. In the evening, the pool and terraces are lit by ambient lighting
to create a beautiful setting as the sun sets over the Villa.
At the entrance to the Villa is a driveway with room for two cars.
A footpath in front of the Villa takes you down to the main road and to the famous
Escape Beach.

The Beach/Coast
The nearest sandy beach is the Escape beach which is 400 meters away.
The whole of the North Cyprus coast offers beautiful bays, rocky headlands and beaches.

Notes on Accommodation
In the interests of all our guests, this is a no smoking Villa and no pets are allowed.
All bedding and towels are provided. Guests are welcome to make
use of items in the cupboards, including herbs, sugar, tea, coffee, salt, sauces, washing
powder, etc, but we would be grateful if packets could be replaced when empty, ready for the next guests.
